These Terms govern use of thinkscopewear.com and purchases from Think Scope. The seller and contracting entity is THINK SCOPE PTE. LTD. (UEN 202532379E), with its registered address at 21 WOODLANDS CLOSE, #05-41R, PRIMZ BIZHUB, SINGAPORE 737854.
Eligibility and accounts
A customer must have legal capacity to purchase or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. Customers are responsible for accurate account and checkout information and for protecting account credentials.
Products, size and colour
Product titles, images, prices, available sizes, colours and stock status are shown on each item page. Colour may vary slightly by display. Size labels are not universal; customers should review product-specific measurements where provided and contact support before ordering if a required detail is missing.
Prices and payment
Store prices and order totals are displayed in United States dollars (USD). Shipping charges and any applicable taxes or duties shown by checkout are presented before payment. Customers must use a payment method offered at checkout and provide accurate billing information.
Orders and acceptance
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An order is accepted after payment approval and issue of an order-confirmation email. Think Scope may hold, decline or cancel an order because of inventory, an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, an unauthorised transaction or a compliance requirement. A paid item cancelled by Think Scope before supply is refunded to the original payment method.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by the Return, Refund & Exchange Policy.
Acceptable use
The website may not be used for unlawful or fraudulent activity, attempts to gain unauthorised access, interference with website operation, introduction of malicious code, payment abuse or unauthorised commercial copying of site content.
Third-party rights
Third-party product names, marks and images remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants a customer a licence to copy or commercially reuse product or website content.
Liability and mandatory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, Think Scope is not responsible for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when an order was accepted.
