Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during peak periods, public holidays, payment verification or an inventory exception. If an item cannot be supplied, Think Scope will contact the customer and cancel and refund the affected item to the original payment method.
Destinations, methods and charges
The destinations and shipping methods available for an order are the options displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are shown before payment. If checkout does not offer a shipping method for an address, the order cannot be submitted for that destination.
Estimated transit time
Standard delivery normally takes 3 to 15 business days after dispatch. The available estimate depends on destination, shipping method, customs clearance and local carrier operations and is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Address changes and failed delivery
Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Email support immediately to request an address correction. A change is not guaranteed after dispatch. Additional carrier or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect address, refusal, an unclaimed parcel or repeated failed delivery may be charged where permitted by law.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking information is sent by email after dispatch where the carrier provides tracking. Items from the same order may be shipped separately; available tracking information is provided for each parcel.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may incur customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other destination-country charges. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Delayed, lost, damaged or missing parcels
For a parcel that is delayed beyond the displayed estimate, lost, damaged or missing an item, email support@thinkscopewear.com with the order number and available tracking details. Think Scope will review the order and, where appropriate, open a carrier investigation before arranging the applicable replacement or refund.
